" Fuel Treatment":- Bi-tron D110 Diesel Treatment
OR Bi-tron P900 Petrol Power.
As the Lubrication in the diesel & petrol is very low; the initial fuel treatment to be 4 ml. Bitron D110 or P900 Petrol Power per Litre for the first 2 tanks in small tanks (4 L Bitron Treatment to 1000 L fuel in larger fuel tanks) to help to treat the fuel & put the lubrication back into the fuel. You or the operator should change the fuel filter/s after about 1000 L of fuel when you first start using the Bitron.
Continued Treatments of the fuels with Bi-tron (Bitron) D110 Diesel / Bi-tron (Bitron) P900 Petrol at 2 mls. per 1 L Fuel ( in small tanks) & 2 L Bitron to 1000 L Fuel in larger tanks. Bitron maintains the treated fuel at "Premium Fuel Condition" for maximum burn, and a possible 90% reduction in Exhaust Pollution Emissions.
Bi-tron (Bitron) Fuel Treatments are the only Products which will lubricate the Top End of the Engine (Top Piston Rings, Cylinder Walls & Valves) under extreme heat and pressure in the Combustion Chamber.
Even though the Bitron D110 Diesel Treatment will work on any machine, this treatment has been especially designed to operate with machinery using Computerised Fuel Management System.
ADDING the Bitron Fuel Treatments, Bitron EP20 Engine Treatment, & Bitron EP40, WILL work in combination for MAXIMUM fuel saving & MAXIMUM Exhaust Pollution Emission Reduction.
Engine Oil Treatment:- BITRON EP20 Engine Treatment.
For the INITIAL ENGINE OIL TREATMENT, you will need sufficient Bitron (Bi-tron) EP20 Engine Treatment to treat the crankcase oil at approximately 10% of the oil capacity in the sump, to be used at about 8 Hours or 800 klms before the oil change.
After refilling with new oil and fitting a new oil filter cartridge, retreat with 5% Bi-tron (Bitron) EP20 Engine Treatment.
This treatment is good for at least the next Oil change in Machinery or 5000 t10,000 klms. in vehicles. If Oil Analysis Test was done at the 3rd. Oil Change after using Bi-tron (Bitron), the results should show that the intervals between Oil changes may be increased. Check with person doing the Oil Analysis Test. Can possibly save a lot of money on OIL.

TRANSMISSION TREATMENT:- Bi-tron (Bitron) EP40 Powertrain - Gear.
If the oil in the transmission (Gearbox; Differentials, Transfer Case) has been changed regularly and you believe the oil to be clean, then you can treat these areas at the rate of 10% to the capacity of the oil in the reservoir, with the Bi-tron (Bitron) EP40 Powertrain). This Product is extremely good at reducing friction, noises, whining & excess heat. When you eventually do an oil change, retreat at the rate of 5% B.E.P.M.T. Some Hydraulic units where a lot of oil is used as a coolant; those units need only be treated at the rate of 5% B.E.P.M.T. The Bi-tron (Bitron) ONLY treats the metal.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS:-
Because some Hydraulics Systems contain many litres of oil and the EP40 only treats the metal; you may need to contact your Bitron supplier for amount of Bitron EP40 needed.
