Extreme Pressure Bi-tron (Bitron) Metal Treatment E.P.M.T.

This Bi-tron (Bitron) E.P. Metal Treatment is probably one of the most sought after of the Bi-tron (Bitron) Products.

Just like the Engine Formulation, this Product will reduce the friction over time by 80% or more. The Product will stop the gears and bearings from wearing and make gear shifts much easier. Machines run much freer, and, in conjunction with the B.E.F and the B.F.C there is a distinct possibility there could be up to 20% or more FUEL SAVING.

Using the Bi-tron (Bitron) E.P.M.T reduces friction greatly, reduces the heat and allows the machinery to operate at reduced temperatures (10—20deg.) in very severe hot days in the fields and on the roads.

If the oil in the gearboxes, transmissions, differentials, hydraulics and power steering is in good condition, the E.P.M.T can be administered at the rate of 10% to oil capacity and only changed at the next scheduled oil change. After this oil change the E.P.M.T can be readministered at the rate of 5%. Same thing applies with regards to after the 3rd. oil change using E.P.M.T the hours between oil changes can possibly be doubled or more. Oil Analysis Testing has to be approved for this extension of hours or Klms.

I would suggest that oil in automatic transmissions should be in good, clean condition before treating with E.P.M.T. Automatic transmissions to be treated at the rate of 5% at all times.

There is NO ADDITIVES in the Bi-tron (Bitron) Products, therefore the Bi-tron (Bitron) E.P. Metal Treatment (E.P.M.T) can be used to treat Wet Clutches, Limited Slip Diffs. and Marine Gear boxes.

As there is a larger volume of oil in most Hydraulic operations, and, as the Bi-tron (Bitron) only treats the metal, the E.P.M.T should be used at the rate of 5% to oil capacity.

Some people are concerned about using Bi-tron (Bitron) in hydraulics as a fair volume of oil is lost when a hose breaks; well NO worries when using the E.P.M.T; this Bi-tron (Bitron) Product like all the others, is a "Metal Treatment" and consequently 75% or more of the Product is fused to the metal, and very little is lost.

It is quite common with trucks and trailers with extreme hot road temperatures that the bearings become overheated and cause fires. Many truckies have benefited greatly by mixing Bi-tron (Bitron) E.P.M.T in the grease used in the wheel bearings.

Bi-tron (Bitron) E.P.M.T also reduces the temperature in all types of gear boxes (trucks & machinery), differentials in trucks and 4WD vehicles which are used to tow heavy loads. Vehicles towing heavy loads under very hot conditions can have the oil, in the diffs as well as the gearboxes, (particularly the Automatic boxes, which are the worst) cook, and loose their lubricating qualities. This is a very common problem. The E.P.M.T will avoid this problem and SAVE the expense of repairing or replacing these units.
